Certain services or conditions may affect your final rate, including (but not limited to) the use of a motorcycle trailer, residential pickup or delivery, or other special handling requirements. We also want you to know where you can save. Please review the details below so you fully understand what impacts pricing and how our delivery policies work.

Additional Charges

  • A $300 toll surcharge applies for pickups or deliveries on Long Island or in Maine.

Service Limitations​

  • We do not service:

    • Non-paved roads (case-by-case)

    • Gated communities

    • Military bases

    • Border crossings

Cancellations

Any shipment that is booked or scheduled and later canceled—for any reason—is subject to a $100 cancellation fee, regardless of whether the truck has departed on the assigned route. Once a space is reserved, it is removed from availability and cannot be resold.

Exception

If a shipment is canceled within 48 hours of contract receipt, a reduced $25 cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
